We are human and therefore are constantly judging our experiences and attaching meaning and energy to them. This energy registers as blocks and gets stored in the soul records and subconscious mind.

You then react to the triggered energies and in your reaction, you often accumulate more negative energy, creating a lot of suffering.

When negative programs are cleared and replaced with positive life-affirming programs, it accelerates your healing and spiritual growth, and gradually changes the balance of positive and negative outcomes in the outer expression of your life.
